Rules used for discretionary trades:

Chart setup:

1. Chart of any time frame of your choice ( I prefer Renko 5 bar, 89 tick chart and 150 tick chart all for FTSE)
2. Add macd (default settings), 5 SMA, 20SMA(no need to add this since it will be part of the scalper indicator), and 89EMA

Signals:

Scalper is the signal generator.

Buy: Buy only if the following conditions are met:
1. Scalper gave a buy signal
2. Price is above 89EMA
3. macd has crossed up or about to cross up (ie the the lines of macd)
4. 5sma is pointing up and prefereably crossed up the 20 sma and it is green.
5. Stop is below 89EMA (if the signal is close to 89EMA)

Sell: Sell only if the following conditions are met:
1. Scalper gave a sell signal
2. Price is below 89EMA
3. macd has crossed down or about to cross down (ie the the lines of macd)
4. 5sma is pointing down and prefereably crossed down the 20 sma and it is red.
5. Stop is above 89EMA (if the signal is close to 89EMA)

Look at the chart below for and example: I have highlighted one buy signal, u can see other buy signals. I try to avoid taking sell signals above the 89EMA, unless I am very sure of the signal. ANy comment will be appreciated.
