To Drill the sytem rules we alos write in
Trade Setup
Trade Entry
Entry
Stop
Targt
Trade Exit
and post a copy of the chart with the trade all marked up - this gives us constant re-inforcement of the rules - the concious and sub concious are kept together - there never is any doubt as to what to do when trading

The format for consistency is
[Instrument] GBPUSD
[date] 01 April 2010 - use the month in a word format - numbers do not sort well
[system] ABC
[Trade ] C Sell
[comments] divergence woodies
Example
GBP 31 May 2010 ABC B Sell Divergence with Trend
